Situated in the Time Square District in Manhattan, the office was asked to act as Developer and Architect for a ground-up 53,000 sf 118-key boutique hotel with rooftop bar & restaurant.

AT&T Dee & Charles Wyly Theatre

Dan was part of the OMA team for a 81,000 sf - 575 seat theater in Dallas, Texas completed in 2009. The avant-garde design allowed the theater to transform between various seating configurations mechanically.
