Dan Choi - Founder

Dan is an award-winning AIA licensed architect and a LEED AP BD+C certified real estate developer with 19 years of experience. He is also the founder of Logos Development, a real estate development firm. Prior to establishing Dan Choi Architect, Dan was a development manager at Douglaston Development where he oversaw large-scale mixed-use projects in NYC. Dan was also a partner at the renowned architecture firm FUKSAS and has worked at the offices of SOM, Perkins + Will and at Rem Koolhaas’s OMA. 

Dan received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University. Previously, he was an adjunct assistant professor, teaching a core course at Columbia University’s real estate graduate program. He is currently on the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Task Force, Advisory Board for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), Asian Real Estate Assoc. of America (AREAA), Committee Chair for FIABCI at GENX Design & Technology.

Bongcheon Kim - Director

Bongcheon is the Director at Logos Development, leading client and investor relations with expertise in real estate development, distribution, and the F&B sector. He has successfully managed major projects, including the redevelopment of a multi-sport complex and various residential and commercial developments in South Korea. With strengths in site analysis, land acquisition, and project execution, Mr. Kim has built strong partnerships and delivered outstanding results.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Kim has over a decade of experience in team building, scaling businesses, and fostering collaborations. He has founded, operated, and successfully exited multiple startups across the retail and F&B industries. His deep understanding of the Asian market drives growth through innovative strategies and cross-border opportunities.

Mr. Kim also serves as a board member for several community organizations in Korea. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, leveraging his education and experience to advance Logos Development’s strategic growth.

Samuel Han - Senior Associate

With 13 years of experience in both South Korea and the United States, Samuel Han offers a deep understanding of these distinct cultures and their real estate markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University, specializing in real estate finance, capital markets, and development.

Samuel’s career spans roles in credit analysis at Woori America Bank, property management at Paramount Group, and commercial leasing and market research at PD Properties, equipping him with a comprehensive view of real estate investment and development.

Fluent in English and Korean, Samuel connects Korean investors with U.S. real estate opportunities, fostering seamless collaboration across borders. His expertise in market analysis ensures informed decision-making and strategic growth for stakeholders.
