Park Slope Condominiums
While working as Director of Development for NADA, Dan managed the development of a 4-unit condo conversion-building with retail base of a historic building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. A complicated construction sequence of replacing the floors while maintaining the century-old brick structural walls had to be employed in order to take advantage of the over-built SF of the existing structure. A contemporary curtain system with sun-shading louvers was added for the recreation of the Turret and Bay windows.
