Mok-dong Mixed-Use Tower

This project transformed an aging hospital building in Yangcheon-gu,Seoul into a modern 11-story residential and commercial complex with 2 basement levels. Spanning 2,839.27㎡, the development features 18 spacious three-bedroom apartment units along with neighborhood-friendly commercial facilities.

We played a pivotal role in the construction process up to the pre-completion phase, focusing on foundation work and key structural developments.
