Gocheok Office Building

Gocheok Office Building is a modern office and commercial space developed on an underutilized site in Southwestern Seoul. Spanning 49,654 SF (4,613 SM) across one underground and four above-ground levels, the project was led from initial site assessment and design to regulatory compliance and final execution.

Developed on a site owned by a major Korean corporation, this project successfully transformed a brownfield area into a vibrant commercial and office space. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, the development was executed seamlessly, creating a dynamic environment for businesses to thrive.
