Busan Lotte Super Tower - SOM

Dan was part of the team at SOM that had the unique opportunity to develop one of the world's tallest towers, standing at 1,700' tall. This mixed-use project, now under construction, contains retail, hotel, office, residential condos, resort condos and an observation deck totaling 3.2 million sq. State-of-the-art strategies were developed: Tri-pod structural system, aerodynamic massing and a quick concrete pouring construction sequencing.
