Dan was the development manager working at Douglaston Development for the project 1N4th Place, a 510 luxury-unit, 41 story ground-up rental building located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and designed by FXFowle Architects. The residences boasts an impressive array of amenities spaces and unequaled views of the Manhattan skyline.
